The courses, workshops and demonstrations are run either by Debbie, who owns Cornelli or Tara Hughes, one of Debbies ex students and now the hugely succesful owner of Tara's Cake Company. We offer a variety of skill sets and a wealth of experience - from sugarcraft floristry to modelling, cake covering, cookies, cupcakes, as well as keeping on top of the latest fashions in cake craft such as buttercream piping and moulded toppers.
Our events are either run in Wendover in the shop or from Debbies home in Stoke Mandeville, offering an intimate and low pressure environment The ethos is definitely one of fun!
One to one sessions can also be booked with Debbie and are available during the day or evening in Stoke Mandeville.
If you have a group that would like to book us for a party or club session we can offer a tailored experience.
We are also happy to quote for corporate sessions for a great team building experience for your staff.

At the current time, children under the age of 16 are not allowed to the majority of our evening courses.
